Food & Beverage Manager

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an F&B Manager in 4-5 star international hotels.
  • Expertise in Strategic Management and Profit & Loss (P&L) analysis.
  • Excellent English communication skills (Business Level).
  • Strong leadership with proven experience in team building and coaching to group standards.
  • In-depth knowledge of hygiene standards (HACCP) and effective Cost Control.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all service standards strictly align with the Beyond Kata Group identity.
  • Revenue Optimization: Develop sales strategies and promotions to drive revenue across all outlets.
  • Guest Satisfaction: Enhance guest satisfaction scores through exceptional, anticipatory service.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations in all restaurants and bars for maximum efficiency.

Hotel Manager

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of management experience (Hotel Manager or Resident Manager) in 4-5 star hotels.
  • Strategic vision in managing overall operations (Rooms, F&B, Engineering, Sales).
  • Strong financial acumen in budgeting, cost control, and P&L analysis to achieve GOP targets.
  • Excellent English communication skills for business negotiations and presentations.
  • Guest-centric mindset with focus on GSI/RGI scores and proficient in Crisis Management.
  • Excellence in building organizational culture, coaching, and talent retention.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Operations: Oversee daily departmental operations according to SOPs to deliver exceptional experiences.
  • Brand & Quality Audit: Coordinate and prepare for Brand Standard Audits (BSS) to consistently achieve high scores.
  • Revenue & Asset Management: Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to optimize Occupancy and ADR while maintaining hotel assets.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Provide systematic and transparent performance reports to VP Operations and Owners.
  • Community & Environment: Promote the hotel’s image through CSR activities and sustainability policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, and all kitchen utensils according to hygiene standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the buffet lines and surrounding areas.
  • Clean and maintain kitchen areas (Main Kitchen, Bakery, and Staff Canteen).
  • Execute tasks based on the Daily Cleaning Schedule and report to supervisors.
  • Manage waste disposal systems, including sorting and cleaning the garbage room.
  • Support the culinary team during service hours and maintain organized equipment storage.
  • Perform end-of-shift safety checks and utility shutdowns according to the checklist.

Qualifications:

  • A strong passion for service with a professional and friendly personality.
  • Excellent team player with great interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High resilience and ability to perform well under pressure.

Asistant F&B Manager

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, or at least 8 years of hospitality experience.
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Proven management and organizational skills.
  • High emotional intelligence (EQ), professional appearance, and strong leadership.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to handle on-site issues effectively.

Core Tasks: Support the F&B Manager in overseeing daily operations and maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications:
